This is how we work
We start with a clear framework. We compile the most important municipal and local regulations into a single, concise document and compare your wishes. This immediately clarifies what's permitted, what's not, and where the available flexibility lies.
Then we'll explore multiple directions in AutoCAD. No rough sketches, but instantly clear digital floor plans (and facade markings where necessary). You'll see at a glance how spaces work, how to walk through the plan, and where daylight enters.

Then we select and refine. A joint review reveals what absolutely must be included and what doesn't. We optimize the proportions, routing, and lighting so the plan feels logical.
We process this into a Preliminary Design (PD): a single, cohesive set of drawings with an initial sense of materials and colors. The PD is the solid foundation upon which we make decisions and move forward.
Finally, we create the Final Design (FD). The choices are finalized, the overall design is consistent, and ready for a permitting process, specifications, or further visualization.
