What we do
We first create a clear picture of the existing situation. We do this based on your drawings, photos, and documents. If recent data is not available, we'll take measurements on-site. This creates a reliable basis.
We then develop the new situation. We clearly draw the desired adjustments, with consistent dimensions and heights. Where necessary, we add detailed drawings so contractors understand exactly what's intended. We pay attention to the applicable regulations and requirements, without overwhelming you with jargon.
Together, we review the set and refine it until everything is perfect. The result is a neat, complete set of drawings ready for the permitting process or to be passed on to the implementing parties.
What you receive
You'll receive a well-maintained PDF set containing floor plans, elevation views, cross-sections, and a site plan. Where appropriate, we'll also add details and a brief explanation. We'll also provide the DWG files (and IFC files upon request) so other parties can seamlessly integrate. We maintain accurate versions and deliver everything in a clear folder structure.
